Pro Annual
Pro Annual includes a 7-day free trial. A card is required to start it, but you're not charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel anytime before then to avoid the charge. Trip Pass is a one-time payment with no trial. Readiness checks (entry rules, documents, deadlines for your route) are included once you're signed in, and never need a plan.
A trip is one route with your pets and your dates. Readiness checks are included and never count as a trip. Building an itinerary needs Trip Pass or Pro Annual: Trip Pass covers one trip, Pro Annual covers four a year.
Payments are processed in CAD (Canadian dollars). HST is added at checkout where applicable.
Trip Pass is a one-time $19.99 payment covering a single trip for 30 days, with flexible updates if your plans change. Pro Annual is $69.99 a year and covers 4 separate trips, each with its own 30-day window and the same flexibility to update. If you travel more than three times a year, Pro Annual costs less.
Your pets and your dates stay editable for the whole 30 days. Your origin, destination and transport mode (flying or driving) lock when you generate your first itinerary, so the trip you paid to cover stays the trip you paid for. If your plans change enough to need a different route or transport mode, you'll need a new Trip Pass or an available Pro Annual activation to cover it.
Yes. Cancel Pro Annual from your account settings at any time and you keep access until the end of the term you paid for. We don't refund the unused portion. Pro Annual is billed once a year, so cancelling stops the next renewal rather than ending access straight away. Trip Pass is a one-time purchase with nothing to cancel; it simply runs its 30 days, and it's likewise non-refundable once purchased. If a plan's list price changes later, anything you've already bought keeps the price and terms you paid for.
